Where possible we will process your order the same day it is received to ensure you get the speediest service from us.
Tracked & signed for (approx 2-3 working days) - £2.99. This is free on orders £50 and above (excluding Northern Ireland) You don't need to do anything, it will show the delivery option at a zero value on orders over £50. Orders placed after 4pm on Saturday or on Sundays will not be dropped at the parcel shop until the following Monday (this is because there are no collections over the weekend) Orders placed on bank holidays will be posted the next working day.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland - £4.99. Unfortunately due to the higher shipping costs to Northern Ireland we are unable to offer free delivery on orders over £50. Instead, we offer this on orders over £100. Transit time is approx 5-7 working days.
Next Day with Royal Mail - £9.99. Orders must be placed before 3.30pm. Orders placed on a Saturday & Sunday will be posted the following Monday for delivery by 1pm Tuesday. Orders placed on bank holidays will be posted the next working day.
International Deliveries - £22.50. All international orders are sent fully tracked via DHL and will take approx 3-5 days. Please note we ship orders DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) which means the customer is responsible for paying taxes and customs charges. (if the delivery time is any longer then we will contact you to let you know)
Local SK15 delivery - this option should only be selected if you live in Stalybridge and your postcode begins with SK15. We are unable to fulfill this delivery option for any other postcodes. We will aim to deliver the same day but this can't be guaranteed.
Click & Collect in Store - Free. Available Wednesday to Saturday. You can park right outside the shop for 5 mins which is enough time to pop in and collect your parcel. Collection address 3 Corporation Street, Stalybridge, SK15 2JL.
