We hope that you love your purchase but we do understand when buying online you've not had chance to try it on. So if it isn't right for you then please return within 10 days of receipt.
Please email Alex at info@aspinallsboutique with your order number and the items you wish to return.
Please ensure all items have the original tags attached and that items haven't been worn. We will inspect returns when we receive them.
We would suggest sending parcels by recorded delivery and to keep proof of postage as we can't be held responsible for things getting lost in the post. Unfortunately at this time we can not cover the cost of return postage.
We will issue a refund by the original payment method (this will exclude postage) within 7 days of receipt.
Earrings can not be returned unless faulty.
